Hi I’m Beth, an artist and maker based in the creative Somerset market town of Frome. I have a BA(hons) and Masters in Fine Art Photography where I discovered my love for medium format B&W film photography and then later on the delicate process of cyanotypes.

All my photographic, cyanotype and still life work is inspired by landscape, nature and place and available as original and limited edition prints.

Each cyanotype piece is unique to the seasons and the place it was made, while for my photographs I use the slow process of analogue photography to capture the landscape or still lifes, some of which are then turned into cyanotypes.

​

In the last year I have also been creating stained glass pieces and love using this new art journey that captures light in a different way.

Through my work and inspirations I seek to demonstrate the beautiful complexity, temporality and poetic nature of landscape and plants.

Art can be a way of both interacting and perceiving the landscape and I hope you enjoy interacting with my work as much as I enjoyed creating each piece!
